Generally you can expect about 2-4KRF/t from a passively cooled 3x3x3 reactor that uses entry-level fuels like LEU-235. The cooling is much more complicated (but much more fun) as well) - just putting enderium everywhere and calling it a day won't work. NC also has tons of different fuel types, and the more volatile ones obviously give more power (but also more heat/explosions if built wrong). NC's energy production is a function of how hot your fuel burns, and how much your reactor can absorb without overheating (unlike ER's reactors, NC's can melt down if you build them wrong). NuclearCraft doesn't work like Extreme Reactors does, where (basically) the bigger you build it, the more power it produces.
